Organisational reviews in the public sector are becoming a common occurrence, and they act as an important stop check to look at alternative ways of working. Structures that are fluid, flexible, and permeable across different organisations, cultures and collaborative relationships are not the norm as yet. Cross company networks have the potential to move organisations into the social era, but we need to be smart about what does this mean in practice.
