Linda shows that even though having a vision is important, it is actually the way leaders create the time and space for people to innovate that makes them great leaders. In her words, innovation takes a village, so leaders must build a sense of community and, importantly, ensure all voices are heard, as it is often those at the ‘bottom’ of the organisation that have some of the greatest ideas.
