Claire is part of the delivery team in NHS Horizons supporting large scale change programmes and her specialist interest is in psychographic analysis for user centred design. Claire is a qualified coach and skilled facilitator, delivering workshops and training across health and social care systems. Claire’s academic background is economics and she applies tools and approaches from behavioural economics to influence change in health and care.

Claire has worked in the NHS for almost 10 years and has held transformation roles within Trusts and at regional level. This broad experience gives Claire valuable insight into working in a complex adaptive system like the NHS.
