How deeply are you connected in your work? This article suggests that it is not about how many “followers” you have, but its quality of your connections that really matters. We can have the whizziest collaborative digital technology in the world, but what really matters is whether your connections will actually take action to help you to achieve what it is you want to achieve. This requires a culture of giving, of voluntary spirit. This article suggests three ways to enhance the ethic of giving.
