If you have ever had the discussion with friends or work colleagues about how people manage, then this hack is the one for you. This is a 60 minute recorded discussion about how we could change the way we manage.  Although it is quite long, it is definitely worth a listen.

What I really benefited from were some practical ideas about what I could do differently to change how I personally manage and lead others. I felt a sense of reassurance that I am not alone in my concerns over such things as performance management and holding meetings.

I came away feeling sufficiently challenged about what areas of my own management need to be hacked. What would yours be?
