What is the Virtual Away Day?

The Improvement Directorate held an all-staff virtual away day on Thursday 27th February 2020.

The overall purpose of the day was to:

  • continue to build the Improvement Directorate as a community.
  • enable sharing, learning and connecting within and across the Directorate’s teams.
  • create a space for participants to agree collaborative working, which carries forward into ‘real work’ beyond the day.
