“The biggest change I have found in myself is the ability to talk to people about my passion for change” (Tony Longbone)

Tony Longbone @AnthonyLongbone is a 2015 student of the School for Health and Care Radicals, and I was thrilled to see that he had blogged – not just about his experience of taking part in the School, but how his learning and development from the School has helped him on his way to the final stage development and launch of the ‘Physical You’ programme: improving physical health outcomes for the people supported by the mental health services, in which Tony works.

This is an honest and encouraging blog which really gets down to the bare bones of what change agents need and want to help them pursue their dreams and make the changes that they know will make a difference. Thank you to Tony for sharing this with us.
