We’ve had a range of guest presenters who shared their wisdom on a variety of topics. Dave Morgan – Quality Improvement Manager from North East Ambulance Service :

Dave kicked off the series of improvement chats in August where he shared a brilliant overview of NEAS Care ( An app that provides a positive focus on front-line staff welfare.)
