Senior Associate – Insight & Impact

Rosanna joined NHS Horizons in 2014, after a career in academia and National NHS Improvement organisations as a learning specialist following the achievement of a PhD in Psychology at Oxford Brooked University. She is a Senior Associate in the Insight and Impact Team at NHS Horizons. Rosanna has worked with multiple healthcare organisations and policy-makers in Sydney, Australia and England, supporting the design and development of effective learning spaces to support action for change.

She is also a leadership coach working with networks, teams and individuals leading transformational change. As a qualified ILM5 coach providing 1:1 mentoring and team development to many different organisations, she applies and develops existing approaches to change to help teams tackle complex problems. In 2017 she won an “Everyone Counts” award for her work supporting teams to improve staff wellbeing and continues to progress her learning and development in this field of work through, for example, a CIPD qualification in the Psychology of Organisational Development and Change.

Her current work for the NHS Horizons Insight and Impact team, focuses on offering specialist expertise in the use of SenseMaker® to amplify the voices of multiple stakeholder groups to both facilitate bottom-up change and monitor impact. She believes in deep individual growth and learning as key components of any work that seeks to effect high impact change in the world.
