Being Resilient and Dealing with Resistance to Change: During this module we learn a new set of three Rs – new set of Three Rs – Resistance, Reactance, and Resilience. We explore resistance to change: what causes it, and how to deal with it. We explore how to reframe our thinking and communication to avoid reactance (which is when people do the opposite of what they are told to do). Crucially, we also share ideas of how build our resilience – that is, how to take care of the emotional and physical wellbeing of ourselves and our colleagues during times of change and upheaval.
