The author of the article and creator of the Collaboration Pyramid model describes it as,

There has been a really interesting discussion to follow ensuing from a Tweet by @HelenBevan, when she shared a redrawn version of the model @Jim_NHSIQ. There followed a flurry of discussion and retweeting, praise and reflection. I recommend that once you’ve read the article, and taken time to reflect on the meaning of the model to you, read the long chain of discussion about this model from Helen’s tweet and think about where you stand in the debate.
