Radhika will be joined by colleagues Professor Duncan Lewis and Chris Turner who will be sharing their stories and tips for improving cultures.

Professor Duncan Lewis of Longbow Associates has expertise in workplace stress, leadership/organisational behaviour, bullying and harassment and workplace discrimination research spanning 30 years. Professor Lewis is a former Acas Professor of Workplace Futures and has published multiple studies, policy and research papers on workplace bullying and discrimination.   Professor Lewis co-authored with Roger Kline a paper on estimating the cost of bullying and harassment to the NHS in England. Professor Duncan Lewis

Dr Chris Turner is a consultant in emergency medicine, working in a tertiary trauma centre in the West Midlands. He feels passionately about the importance of civility in medicine and has been working hard to increase awareness of its impact.
