Sasha has spent his career working in the NHS, initially in dentistry and maxillofacial surgery.

He has spent 20 years at executive level in hospital systems and has a particular interest in the development of integrated systems.  In the Horizons team, Sasha uses his experience of leading transformation to design and deliver local, regional and national programmes. He designs and facilitates transformation processes to secure active involvement in change.
His current focus is on increasing the role of physical activity in health, working on a commission to support Sport England’s ‘Uniting the Movement’ strategy and related programmes.  He also supports team development at Board level and mentors for the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme.

Outside work Sasha loves outside pursuits including sailing, skiing and exploring the world.
