The Horizons team built the School for Change Agents to be inclusive and freely available to everyone. The main audience for the School is people working in health and care, across all levels and in clinical and non-clinical roles. The founding ethos is that power should be held by those at the point of care to mobilise a movement of change agents focused on making a difference.
